A high protien breakfast to start the day the right way.


2 cups spinach

3 Eggs

4 Cherry tomatoes

Handful of spinach

Hemp cooking oil

Preparation Time

15 Minutes


1 large serving

How to make it?

Cut tomatoes into 2 halves

Crack eggs and mix into a bowl

Heat oil into a frying pan.

When oil is simering add tomatoes and spinach and cook 2 minutes each side then remove.

Enure oil is stil simmering and add scrambled eggs.

Allow to lightly cook on the bottom of the mixture and then begin to rotate continuously until cooked throughout.

Serve with lightly cooked tomatoes and spinach. Add salt and pepper where appropriate.
