Ingredients

2 cups spinach

Hand full of chopped kale

Handfull of frozen strawberries

1 frozen banana

1 Cup of milk

Preparation Time

5 Minutes

Servings

2 glasses

How to make it?

Chopped kale if needed.

Chop strawberries and remove leaves if fresh and not frozen.

Chop frozen banana

Add all components into the blender

Add 1 cup of milk and blend until liquid
