Our mint, ginger and lemon tea is the perfect replacement to caffinated drinks. Restore your natural energy balance, settle an upset stomach and say goodbye to caffiene with this wonderful hot bevarage.


500ml water

5 Large Mint leaves

1-4 thumb sized piece of ginger

Finger print slice of ginger (4mm thick)

1 Lemon

Preparation Time

10 Minutes


2 glasses

How to make it?

Cut slices into the larger piece of ginger and then crush slightly with knife

Add both this and mint leaves to boiling water

Cut smaller fingerprint sized ginger piece straight to cup with some smaller mint leaves.

Boil water for 5 to minutes

Add giner and mint water to cup

Add squeezed lemon.

(Optional) Add a teaspoon of honey
