Benefits of Grapefruit Juice
Mint – This plant has been used for thousand of years as a natural remedy for stomach problems. This is believed to be the result of an increase in bile secretion which would aid digestion.
Ginger has proven benefits at reducing digestive discomfort and inflammation in the body.
Non-caffeine drink – A great substitue for the overconsumption of highly caffinated drinks (Green tea has caffiene in it).
