Spinach smoothie is high in both fibre and protien. It is a great mid-day healthy snack.

Ingredients

2 cups spinach

 

4 Ice cubes

1 banana

1 apples

Juice of 1 lime

Preparation Time

10 Minutes

Servings

2 glasses

How to make it?

Cut the spinach, banana and apple into small finger sized.

Add to the blender

Squeeze lime into blender

Add ice, blend thoroughly and serve
