Our strawmelon smoothie is the perfect rehydrating drink which has a high amunt of immunity boosting vitamin C.

Ingredients

1/2 Watermelon

1 Frozen Banana

1 Cup of Frozen Strawberries

1 Lime

Preparation Time

10 Minutes

Servings

2 glasses

How to make it?

Cut watermelon, banana into thumprint sized cubes.

Remove leaves from Strawberries and cut into quarters.

Add watermelon to blender and squeeze lime.

Blend first until a liquid and then add the diced banana and strawberries.

No need to add ice as the frozen fruit keeps things cool like you!
