1 cup of blueberries (Frozen)
1 cup of raspberries (Frozen)
1 cup of milk (full fat)
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 large serving
How to make it?
Wash all berries
Add berries and milk to blender.
Blend until liquid.
Add rolled oats and reblend until mixed.
Add 4 cubes of ice if you have not used frozen berries.
