Pumkin soup is a quick and easy meal to make when you do not have much time or energy to cook.
Ingredients for pumkin soup
2 medium potatoes
2 cloves of garlic
2 stock cubes
1 table spoon of sea salt
How to make pumkin soup?
Peel and remove all seeds of pumkin
Cut pumkin and potatoes into small 3cm cubes
Add pumkin, potatoe, peeled garlic into boiling water (stock cubes optional)
Bring to the boil and then let simmer until pumkin is soft.
Blend component into a liquid and then serve.
Add a table spoon of salt to finish.
